Wild Pink Salmon
Also known as Humpback salmon, our Pink salmon is the smallest Pacific salmon species (3-5 lbs), with light pink flesh and a mild flavour. With 6.7g of fat and 1.7g of Omega-3s per 100g, it’s a heart-healthy choice, sustainably caught in Haida Gwaii and frozen at sea.
